Rafael Florencio, Construction Manager: With over 45 years of experience in the Construction Industry, both residental and commerical, he is an expert in all areas of construction. First started out training in New York, remodeling high-end homes in Long Island, mastering the art of ceramic tile, custom carpentry, and plaster finishing. In Atlanta, GA, he mastered basement renovation, framing and drywall finishing. He is truely a master in all aspects of construction, from start to finish.

With over 40 years of experience in accounting and business, Pamela handles the business side. Together, Rafael and Pamela built Innovative Home Remodeling from the ground up into "A business Built on Satisfied Customers."

Safety Measures
We are dedicated to creating a safe environment at every job site by prioritizing the health of our customers and employees. We have implemented good hand washing and hand sanitizing practices. At Innovative Home Remodeling, we are committed to following the rules and regulations set forth by The State of Georgia and the CDC. We keep in-person meetings as short as possible, limit the number of workers in attendance, and use social distancing practices. We wear masks and shoe coverings when in direct contact with customers. We clean and disinfect job site regularly.
Job Site Policy
We remove construction debris and clean the job site at the end of every day.
